Refund & cancellation policy
Last updated November 2, 2026
Our work is scoped project by project. This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for custom software, digital services and consulting.
Before work begins
The written proposal or service agreement identifies the scope, fees, payment milestones and any project-specific cancellation terms before a payment is requested. If you cancel before work starts, advance payments for work not performed are refundable, less any non-recoverable third-party costs that you expressly approved in advance and that are documented.
After work has started
You may request cancellation in writing. We will confirm the work completed, any outstanding commitments and the effective stopping point. Charges are limited to work performed under the agreed scope and any documented, non-recoverable third-party commitments you approved. Any remaining advance payment for unperformed work is returned after that reconciliation.
A payment is not automatically non-refundable simply because it was described as a deposit. The agreed work and actual costs determine the reconciliation, subject to applicable law.
If something is not as agreed
Tell us what does not meet the agreed scope or acceptance criteria. We will review it with you and discuss an appropriate correction, revised delivery or refund for the affected portion. Completed work is assessed against the written agreement, rather than a blanket no-refund rule.
How to make a request
Use our contact form, choose the relevant service and include your project reference, the email used for the engagement and a brief explanation. Do not include card details. If we are already corresponding about your project, you can also reply in that correspondence.
We review requests individually and confirm the calculation and next steps in writing. When a refund is agreed, we arrange it using the original payment method where practicable. Processing times depend on the payment provider and will be explained when the refund is arranged.
Subscriptions and mandatory rights
This website currently offers no purchasable subscriptions or automatic renewals. If subscription products are introduced, their pricing, renewal and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable law.
